An FIR has been lodged at Rohtak Sadar police station in the suicide case of Haryana cop Sandeep Kumar, naming IPS officer Puran Kumar’s gunman, Kumar’s wife Avneet Kaur, Bathinda MLA Amit Ratna, and another person.
