Game Reviews Flyoobe v1.2.5 introduces the "Windows Update Tamer" feature, allowing you to pause/disable Windows 11 updates for up to 10 years. Debloater now targets AI components and bundled apps; OOBE uses a Windows 10–style flow before Windows 11 setup. The UI overhaul is native (no WebView2/Chromium), adding fullscreen navigation, improved notifications, and PowerShell integration. Windows 10's end-of-life date is fast approaching, and in response, the apps designed to help people transition to Windows 11 are undergoing a flurry of updates to handle the expected influx of users better. Currently, two apps help users bypass Windows 11's system requirements: Rufus (which recently received a dark mode update) and Flyoobe (formerly Flyby11). The developers behind Flyoobe have been working diligently to update their app, which aims not only to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware but also to provide an out-of-the-box experience (OOBE) that allows you to customize features after setup. Now, a new update to Flyoobe lets you take control over Windows 11's updates, which sounds very useful for people who don't like Microsoft deciding when to update their PC.
