Sensory Inclusion: Too often, organisations mistake loud voices for true engagement. Quick responses and constant participation are rewarded, while reflective, quieter employees are sidelined. This skews opportunities against introverts and many neurodivergent people, limiting their progression and visibility. If DEI is to be meaningful, it must look beyond headcounts to how people actually experience work.
