Mikel Arteta has made three changes for tonight’s Champions League quarter-final second leg against Sporting Lisbon, with Ebere Eze handed a chance to impress from the start. The England international comes into the team hoping to replicate his feat against Bayer Leverkusen on our last big European night in N5 when he netted his ninth goal of the season in style to help us progress to this stage. He replaces Kai Havertz who drops to the bench, while Mikel has opted to switch both full-backs following our defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday. Piero Hincapie is preferred to Myles Lewis-Skelly at left-back, while Cristhian Mosquera comes in for Ben White on the right. Bukayo Saka, Jurrien Timber, Martin Odegaard and Riccardo Calafiori remain out of contention, while 20-year-old central midfielder Harrison Dudziak is named on the bench for the first time. Sporting meanwhile have made two changes from the side that we beat 1-0 in Lisbon last week thanks to Kai Havertz’s late goal.
